- Netlify - A secure web hosting platform for the application frontend
- Local Storage - Temporary caching in your browser for offline access

- Industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmission
- Encrypted password storage using bcrypt hashing
- Secure session management
- Regular security updates and monitoring
- Access controls and authentication requirements
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for any purpose. Period.
The ONLY entities that have access to your data are:
- Supabase - Our database provider (for data storage and authentication)
- Resend - Our email service provider (for password reset emails only)
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing services to KeepGoing.

You have the right to:
- Access your data - All your workout data is visible in the app
- Export your data - Contact us to request a data export
- Delete your data - Use the "Delete Account" option in Settings to permanently remove all your data
- Update your information - Change your password or preferences at any time
- Opt-out - Stop using the service and delete your account at any time
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts - Your data is retained as long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts - All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Backups - Backup copies are retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes
7. Cookies and Local Storage
KeepGoing uses:
- Session cookies - To keep you logged in (essential)
- Local storage - To cache your preferences and data for offline access
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
KeepGoing is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

KeepGoing is hosted in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. By using KeepGoing, you consent to this transfer.
